Through the cooperation of private companies, universities and research bodies, the Italian system is an active protagonist in the Space Economy sector and creates value in all sectors of the space supply chain.

The meeting is aimed at providing Romanian interlocutors with a preliminary presentation of the Italian space supply chain, through testimonies from actors from the world of industry and research, giving relevance to the aggregative experiences of public and private stakeholders operating in Italy at a regional and national, essential to address the technological challenges of frontier programs.

Some Italian contributions in the sector of European exploration of the solar system and fundamental astrophysics missions will be presented as case studies.
