The impact of Covid-19 on the aeronautical sector, particularly civil, poses, in Italy as in the world, important challenges to preserve the capabilities of this strategic industry in terms of technology, turnover, added value and employment. The sector presents critical issues that are different from both the military and space sectors, with respect to which it also differs due to the limited perception of its strategic nature and the lack of a specific government interlocutor for industrial policies.
The study, aimed mainly at decision makers and, in general, political interlocutors, aims to describe in a document the current situation of the Aeronautics sector to therefore propose, also with reference to what has already been announced in competitor countries, specific strategies and measures for the short term. -middle term.
