Articles of the Regulations
1) General rules
The Introduction is an integral part of the Regulations of the ” CTNA Aerospace Visual Identity ” Call .
Participation in the Call is free.
2) Participants
Participation in the Call is reserved for students of Italian citizenship aged between 18 and 25 registered at:
of the entire national territory, individually or in groups of maximum three participants.
In the latter case, all members must possess the indicated requirements and must appoint a single contact person for relations with the CTNA.
3) How to participate and send proposals
Participation in the Call is completed solely by sending the participation application ( Attachment A ) completed in its entirety and attachments.
The documentation must be complete with all the information requested and signed by the individual participant, or by all participants in the case of groups.
The application for participation, together with the creative proposal and the required documentation, must be sent to the e-mail address: academy@ctna.it, reporting “CALL AEROSPACE ACADEMY” in the subject
The creative proposal, the exclusive result of one’s own creativity, hereinafter called Elaborate, must contain:
Each of the above documents must be signed.
The file must be sent by email, DO NOT send via WeTransfer or similar methods.
4) Logotype
Each Participant or group of participants as defined in the art. 2 must present a proposal divided into at least one and up to a maximum of three different ” CTNA Aerospace Academy ” logo proposals. Each logo must be presented in positive and negative declination.

5) Deadline for submitting documents
The work must be received according to the methods indicated in the previous art. 3 by the strict deadline of 30 June 2022 at 11.59pm. Submission after this deadline is grounds for exclusion. The date and time of the e-mail received will prevail.
It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that the sending takes place in time for the reception to take place within the deadlines.
6) Evaluation Committee
The submissions received in good time will be submitted to the CTNA Evaluation Committee , hereinafter called the Committee , which will identify at its sole discretion the recipient of the “ CTNA Aerospace Academy Visual Identity ” Award , hereinafter called the Award , applying the evaluation criteria indicated to the following art. 7.
The Committee will be composed of a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 5 (five) members. The President of the CTNA will be a member and president of the Committee by right.
7) Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation of the Entries will be carried out based on the following criteria:

The work with the highest score will be considered the recipient of the Award. In the case of ex aequo, the winner will be the Entry with the highest score for the “Communicative Strength” criterion and, subordinately, for the “Visual Impact” criterion.
The Award can be assigned to only one Entry.
The Committee’s judgment will be unquestionable and valid even in the presence of only one proposal.
The Committee may unquestionably decide not to proceed with the appointment of the assignee, if it deems that the projects presented do not correspond to the evaluation criteria set out in the announcement.
8) Recognition
The Recognition is reserved for the participant, or the participants in the case of a group, who presented the work with the highest score, as defined in the previous art. 7 and consists of a scholarship of Euro 1,000.00 (one thousand/00) gross of any legal charges.
If the winning logo was created by more than one participant, the Award awarded will still be Euro 1,000.00 (One Thousand//00) and the winners will divide it among themselves without any liability on the part of the organizers of the Call.
The Award is personal and non-transferable.
The Award will be paid in a single payment via bank transfer to the current account of the Participant / contact person for the group of participants.
8) Declaration
In responding to this Call , the Participant or participants in the case of a group declare that they are the exclusive owner(s) of the intellectual property of each of the proposals presented.
9) Obligations of the Award Recipient
Each Participant in this Call undertakes, in the event of being awarded the Recognition, to:
10) Property and Rights
The CTNA will be the exclusive owner of the copyright, of all economic exploitation rights and all other rights on all projects and works presented.
The participants, with the approval of this announcement, therefore renounce any right to the logo and expressly relieve the CTNA from any liability towards third parties deriving directly or indirectly from the brand and/or its use.
Non-awarded proposals will not be returned and will remain available to the CTNA.
Participation in the Call is considered as full acceptance of this Notice and Regulations.
Nothing is due to the competitors as compensation or reimbursement for any expense connected to participation in the competition.
11) Reserves and Exemption of Liability
The CTNA, in respect of the winning idea and ownership of property and rights acquired through irrevocable transfer of the assignee, reserves the right to make any changes to the project chosen by the Committee that it may deem necessary for its functionality and its best application. and declension.
The CTNA also reserves the right. the right to cancel, modify, extend and/or postpone this Call at any time. Nothing will be due to Participants in the event of cancellation or revocation of the Call.
12) Recognition Ceremony
The award ceremony will take place in Rome by October 15th.
The date and place will be promptly communicated to the assigned Participant , who will be invited to personally collect the Award and publicly illustrate their creative work.

Pursuant to article 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 ss.mm.ii. and international, European and Italian laws relating to the processing of personal data, in each case to the extent that they are applicable from time to time, together with their respective modifications, additions and reforms, we inform you that the personal data provided and collected, as well as the works presented will be used in accordance with and for the sole purposes set out in this Call and may be disclosed in the performance of CTNA-related initiatives.
Each Participant must declare that they are informed of the communication and dissemination of the personal data provided and collected for the purposes indicated above, signing the release for the rights to use the works and accepting the rules set out in this Call, which constitute the Regulations.
15) Decadence
Failure to send the creative proposal in the graphic formats and within the deadline referred to in article 9 of these Regulations constitutes grounds for forfeiture of the award .
16) Competent court
The Court of Rome is the competent court for any dispute.
